Tal Gelberg Puzis has worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Overwolf since October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Recruitment Specialist at APM, Agiv Professional Manpower LTD from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they specialized in recruiting top talent candidates for software positions and worked with a variety of high-tech companies. Tal developed and maintained strong relationships with recruiting and HR managers and had end-to-end experience with the recruiting process. Tal also conducted interviews, supported clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, and utilized sourcing techniques such as Boolean and X-Ray, as well as head hunting through professional and social networks. Before joining APM, they were the Founding Director of the Urban Learning Center from February 2015 to June 2016.

Tal Gelberg Puzis pursued a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Kibbutzim College between the years 2010 and 2014. Later, between 2015 and 2017, Tal attended The Open University of Israel, where they studied Psychology. Unfortunately, no additional details were provided regarding the fields of study within these degree programs.
