Christopher Stuessy, CPA, has diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Christopher is currently the Senior Director of Finance and Technology at the Overture Center for the Arts, where they previously served as Controller and Senior Accountant. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Assistant at the same organization. Christopher also worked as a Bolz Fellow at the Association of Performing Arts Presenters, where they conducted in-depth analysis and evaluation of a non-profit arts leadership program. Additionally, they served as a Marketing Assistant at the Madison Symphony Orchestra, where they managed marketing projects and utilized their finance and data analysis skills to develop marketing infrastructure. Earlier in their career, Christopher worked at Krikorian Premiere Theatres as an Events Coordinator and Staff Accountant, where they handled accounting duties and coordinated private events.

Christopher Stuessy, CPA, holds a diverse educational background. Christopher earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Arts Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business, attending from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Colorado State University Global, enrolled from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Christopher achieved a Bachelor of Music with a focus on Opera Performance from California State University, Long Beach, spanning from 2002 to 2005.

Furthermore, Christopher Stuessy has acquired additional certifications to complement their educational qualifications. In September 2021, they became a Certified Public Accountant, designated by the State of Wisconsin. Christopher also obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
