Kenneth Shropshire is a Professor Emeritus at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and serves as a Senior Advisor to the Dean for the Coalition for Equity & Opportunity. Shropshire holds a position on the Board of Directors at Moelis & Company as Lead Director and Audit Committee Chair, and provides advisory services for both Overtime and Arctos. Shropshire earned an AB in Economics from Stanford University and attended Columbia Law School from 1977 to 1980.
