Caroline Risman has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1996 with Sotheby's as Administrator, Latin American Art. Caroline then moved to King World Productions in 1998 as Manager, Business Affairs & Acquisitions. In 2000, they became Acquisitions Executive at Reelshort.com. In 2001, they were Aquisitions Editor at MedWorks Media, and in 2004 they became Account Supervisor at MDC Advertising. Most recently, in 2020, they became Co-Founder of Overlapp.

Caroline Risman is currently enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
