JoAnne Latham

Director of Account Strategy at Overit

JoAnne Latham has been a driving force in the field of marketing strategy and product marketing for over a decade. JoAnne is currently the Director of Account Strategy at Overit, but they have also held previous positions such as the Executive Director of Marketing Strategy and Product Marketing Strategist at Excelsior College. In these positions, JoAnne was responsible for leading marketing strategy, market research/insights, brand/product positioning, portfolio/budget optimization, delivery of digital marketing plans and funnel optimization to drive college enrollment growth.

Some of JoAnne's notable achievements include developing an integrated marketing strategy framework for all schools leveraging a new cost per enrollment budget framework to improve marketing budget ROI, initiating new corporate partner marketing plans and new student experience design to deliver FY16 enrollments at 135% to goal and 139% versus prior year, and optimizing and improving FY16 digital paid media conversion (media applications 111% to goal; media enrollments 169% to goal).

Thanks to JoAnne's dedication and hard work, they have been able to help their previous company reach their FY15 enrollment targets with a higher conversion ratio (Inquiry to Enrollment) up 30% vs. FY14 and up 21% versus FY15 goal leveraging Marketo (marketing automation) and Salesforce (CRM) platforms with new student experience. JoAnne has also introduced a new market opportunity scorecard to guide program and portfolio analysis/optimization.

Looking towards the future, JoAnne plans on continuing to help companies reach their enrollment goals and improve their overall marketing strategies.
