Harel Gradus

Vice President Of Customer Success - Americas at OverIT - Field Service Management

Harel Gradus has extensive experience in various roles within the field service management and software development industries. Harel is currently the Vice President of Customer Success - Americas at OverIT, where they established and led the Customer Success Group in North America. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce as a Senior Solutions Lead, overseeing successful implementation projects for national and multinational enterprise corporations.

Before Salesforce, Harel held multiple roles at ClickSoftware, including Senior Solutions Architect and Professional Services: Senior Technical Consultant. In these positions, they translated customer requirements into working solutions and provided technical assistance and supervision to project teams. Harel also worked at Elbit Systems Ltd as a Project Leader & Software Developer and a Software Engineer, where they were involved in research, design, and development of complicated systems, as well as low-level development and integration of real-time embedded systems.

Harel Gradus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, which they obtained from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2008. Harel also attended the University of Toronto in 2007 for a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), all in the year 2020.
