Tonya Bagwell has a diverse professional background with significant experience in library services and technical support. Currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at OverDrive since October 2018, Tonya has held multiple roles in this organization. In addition to this position, Tonya has been associated with Shaker Heights Public Library since June 2013, progressing through roles such as Library Associate and Computer Assistant.
