Andrew Harden is a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Progressive Insurance since August 2022, with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer support. Prior roles include QA Analyst II at OverDrive, Inc., where responsibilities included designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for web products, and performing various testing methods including API testing.
