Maurits Materman is an experienced consultant specializing in area economics, currently working as a consultant at MGP Advies since July 2022 and previously holding a strategic financial advisor position at Over Morgen since February 2012. In this role, Maurits has addressed various area economic issues, including the redevelopment of Meeslouwerpolder and project strategy for over 500 housing units in Heiloo. Maurits owned and served as a strategic advisor at 4Tune from 2009 to 2012, contributing to significant research for Apeldoorn's re-evaluation of financial information. Prior experience includes ownership of Materman Grondbeleid & Planeconomie, advising at DHV, and serving as a planner at the municipality of Deventer.
