Salman Najmee has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at California State University-Long Beach. From 2018 to 2019, they joined Russell Sigler Inc as a Technical Engineer 1. In this role, they collaborated with outside sales engineers and customers/contractors, provided technical HVAC systems information, managed large projects, and successfully acquired numerous projects and bids. Since 2020, Salman has been working at Over J Consulting, starting as a Project Engineer 1, then progressing to the role of Project Engineer II, and currently serving as the Project Portfolio Manager.
