Andrei Stefan has held various executive roles in the past decade. From 2017 to present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at Oveit. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Managing Director at b1 Engineering Solutions, where they were responsible for advancing the competitive position of the organization and championing change initiatives. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at ADEVÄ‚RUL HOLDING, where they were responsible for spearheading operational management of commercial and shared services. From 2008 to 2010, they were the President (Securities Co.) & General Manager (Consulting Co.) at FAIRWIND SECURITIES / CONSULTING, where they were responsible for overseeing the strategic management of the securities brokerage unit. Lastly, from 2005 to 2008, they were the Retail & Marketing Director at The Rompetrol Group - Dyneff SA, where they were responsible for guiding the business unit turnaround and change management.

Andrei Stefan attended Harvard University in 2016, where they received an Executive Education in Global Emerging Leaders. From 2003 to 2005, they obtained an MBA in Finance, General Management, Operational Management and Production from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Andrei also holds a BA in Law and International Relationships from Law School, Bucharest, as well as a HS in Information Technology from National College of Computer Science, Bucharest. Additionally, they have a certification as an Analyst - Programmer Operator from National College of Computer Science.
