Samuel Sims has extensive experience in the field of network monitoring and support. Samuel began their career in 2013 as a Data Network Specialist, responsible for the installation, configuration, and management of data network systems. Samuel also handled troubleshooting and system upgrades. In 2014, they were promoted to Assistant Data Chief, where they supervised the installation and management of data network systems, and was responsible for training and trouble ticket management. In 2015, they became the Data Systems Chief, overseeing advanced systems installation and troubleshooting. In 2016, Samuel joined Boomtown! as a Support Engineer, providing network monitoring, remote support, and assisting clients with technical issues.

Samuel Sims graduated from Riverview High School in 2008, obtaining a High School Diploma. After high school, they attended Mesa Community College from 2016 to 2020, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Programming. In addition to their degree, Samuel also obtained certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA Network+ in September 2014 and CompTIA Security+ in September 2014.
