Andrea Addison has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. Andrea started their career in 2006 as a Temp at Community Medical Services, where they worked for a brief period.
In 2008, Andrea joined Cutting Edge Pizza LLC, where they served as a General Manager, Operations Trainer, IT Specialist, and SME. Their responsibilities included installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting information systems applications and related hardware. Andrea also provided onsite and remote support for software and system issues.
Andrea joined Peter Piper, Inc. in 2005 as a Team Lead, where they played a leadership role within the team.
Since 2017, Andrea has been working at OvationCXM. Andrea initially joined as a Premium Care Technician, handling remote troubleshooting for network peripherals, desktops, and servers. Andrea also provided support via chat, video chat, phone, and email to customers, assisting with various network problems, software, and hardware issues. Additionally, they generated work order problem descriptions and liaised with field technicians for issue resolution. In 2019, Andrea took on the role of Staff Trainer, and in 2020, they transitioned to the role of Training - KB/Content Development.
Andrea Addison obtained their High School Diploma from Auga Fria Union High School, where they completed a general education program, from 2003 to 2007. In 2017, they also obtained the CompTIA Project+ Certification from the institution CompTIA.
