Eric Kopins has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Eric currently works at OvalEdge as a Solutions Engineer since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Audacious Inquiry from April 2021 to May 2022 as a Technical Account Manager, where they educated partners on products and services, led technical design and implementation, developed custom scripts, and collaborated with support staff to meet client needs. Before that, they held positions at Audacious Inquiry as an Application Support Engineer from September 2017 to April 2021, providing support for applications hosted on AWS infrastructure, using Python and JavaScript, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting improvements.
