Dhiresh Seou possesses extensive experience in managerial roles within the contact center industry. Currently serving as Team Leader and JCM at Outworx Contact Centre since February 2020, Dhiresh previously held the position of Learning Lab Campaign Manager at Ignition Group from November 2016 to February 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Performance Call Centres and Amg International (PTY) Ltd., as well as managerial positions at Bravoplex 17 CC and Ethekwini Communications.
