Paula Popenhagen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, facilitation, and occupational therapy. As a Contract Facilitator at Richard Joseph & Associates since January 2019, Paula contributes expertise in managing client interactions and coaching. Paula is the Founder and Coach at Anchorage Consultancy, established in June 2018, focusing on life coaching, professional supervision, and group facilitation. Additionally, Paula serves as an Outdoor Instructor at Outward Bound New Zealand, running a Post Course Coaching Service since May 2015. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Recovered Living LLC, Occupational Therapist at Adventure Development Ltd, Southern District Health Board, and Hawke's Bay District Health Board.
