Heather Wong serves as the Employment Case Development Manager at Outten & Golden LLP since September 2022. Previously, Wong held the position of Risk Officer in the Office of General Counsel at Sutter Health from February 2020 to October 2022. Prior to that, Wong was the Assistant Vice President of Claims & Litigation and a Senior Litigation Specialist at The Risk Authority - Stanford, where responsibilities included managing insurance claims services and conducting internal investigations. Earlier experience includes a partnership at Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein starting as a Summer Associate and progressing to Associate and Partner over a span of 13 years. Wong holds a JD/MBA from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Strategic Decision Risk Management Certification from Stanford Center for Professional Development.
