Pedro Nunes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pedro started their career at FACTIS as an IT Systems Engineer, gaining expertise in various technologies and domains. After almost 12 years, they moved on to work at Microsoft as a Microsoft Customer Engineer, providing support and advisory services for Azure. Later, Pedro joined OutSystems, where they held multiple roles, including DevOps Engineer, Lead Cloud Engineer, and currently serves as Principal Cloud Engineer/Systems Architect. In these roles, they focused on automating infrastructure and application delivery, implementing best practices, and driving the adoption of OutSystems at scale.

Pedro Nunes attended the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa, where they studied Computer Science. Pedro has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows Server 2012, BMC Certified Professional, BMC Accredited Administrator: BMC Client Management 12.x, ITIL 2011 Foundation, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA): Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA): Windows Server 2003 Messaging, 3CX Valued Professional, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
