Customer Operations Technical Lead at OutSystems

Luis Rosa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Luis began their career as a Junior Media Developer at Excello in 2004, before moving on to work as a Junior Programmer at Accenture in 2011. Luis then joined Deloitte as a Multimedia - Content Manager from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Luis worked as a Developer at Glintt for two years before transitioning to become an Application Support Specialist at ANF from 2016 to 2018. Luis then returned to Glintt and served as an Application Support Specialist from 2018 to 2018.

In 2018, Luis joined OutSystems and started as a Cloud Support Engineer, where they managed OutSystems cloud infrastructures and provided technical support to customers. Luis then progressed to become a Global Support Expert, responsible for knowledge management and training initiatives for the support teams. Later, Luis became a Senior Support Expert, providing technical expertise and transition support for new features.

Luis further advanced their career at OutSystems by assuming the role of Senior Service Delivery Manager, where they managed projects and coordinated operational activities across cross-functional teams. Luis then became a Service Delivery Manager Team Lead, focusing on driving operational excellence and fostering a blameless culture within engineering teams. Currently, Luis holds the position of Customer Operations Technical Lead, where they leverage their skills in data analysis and change process ownership to optimize team performance and streamline operations.

Luis Rosa attended the University of Lisbon from 2006 to 2011, studying Informática. In 2018, they obtained a certification as an OutSystems Professional Support Engineer. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, such as "Improving Your Leadership Communications" in 2022 and "Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact" in 2023.
