Faisal Raza has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Faisal started their career as an Aerospace Software Engineer Intern at NASA Glenn Research Center in 2003. Faisal then worked as a Coop Software Systems Engineer at Diebold Inc in 2003-2004. Later, they joined Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as a Programmer Analyst from 2004 to 2006.
In 2006, Faisal joined MyPublicInfo as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until 2010. After that, they joined Opower, where they held various roles such as Technical Project Manager, Associate Director of Technical Project Management, Director of Technical Project Management, Senior Director of Technical Operations, and finally, Senior Director of Professional Services until 2016.
From 2016 to 2017, Faisal worked as the Vice President of Customer Success at Contactually, which was later acquired by Compass. Faisal then joined Upskill as the Vice President of Client Success from 2017 to 2020.
Faisal's next venture was Ionic, where they served as the Vice President of Customer Success and later as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are working at OutSystems as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success (Ionic) starting from 2024.
Faisal Raza completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from Kent State University in the years 2000-2004. Following that, they obtained a Master of Science in Software Engineering from George Mason University from 2005-2007. Lastly, they attended Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2009-2012, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management.
