Doaa Saleh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Doaa started their career as a Web Developer at Magic Solutions in 2004. In 2005, they joined iSource Global as a Business Analyst. Doaa then worked at OMS as a Senior Business Analyst from 2007 to 2010 and as a Business Solutions Consultant from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Product Owner at emaratech. Doaa then joined Emirates as a Business Consultant from 2015 to 2017. Doaa worked as an Engagement Manager at EXCEED IT Services from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Doaa holds the position of Principal Customer Success Manager - MEA at OutSystems since 2018.
Doaa Saleh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Doaa also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Cairo University. Additionally, they are a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) accredited by the IIBA. Doaa has also obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation and PMP from the Project Management Institute.
