César Freitas is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Lead Enterprise Architect and Lead Solution Architect at OutSystems since June 2021. Prior to this, César held the position of Product Owner for Dynamics NAV within the Finance Systems Team at Jumia Group from December 2016 to June 2021, focusing on the design and management of financial IT systems across multiple African countries. César's earlier experience includes a role as Chief Information Technology and Product Owner for Dynamics NAV at CMW Foundries, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of Dynamics NAV version 5 and working as a Software Development Engineer. César's educational background includes a post-graduation in IT Management from Porto Business School and advanced degrees in Accounting, Economics, and Computer Engineering from Universidade do Minho.
