Susan Hill has had a diverse range of roles in their work experience. Susan is currently the Head of People and Culture at Outsource Solutions (NI) Ltd, a position they started in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of People Management at Decision Time from March 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they held multiple positions at Novosco, including Head of Talent Management from January 2019 to March 2021, and Operations Manager from December 2007 to March 2021. Susan also has experience at Liberty IT, where they worked in the HR Department from August 2006 to November 2007.

From 2000 to 2003, Susan Hill attended the University of Ulster in Coleraine, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Studies. Their field of study during this period was focused on business.
