Victoria Parker is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the recruitment industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations and a Board member at Outsource UK Limited since October 2004. In this role, Victoria leads the Operations department, overseeing various teams including Contractor Care, Compliance, Consultancy Services, and Marketing, contributing to the company's reputation as one of the UK’s largest independent recruitment firms specializing in technology and engineering talent. Victoria has held multiple leadership positions in compliance and operations, and is also a Non-Executive Director at The Platform Project CIC, a social enterprise focused on youth development and employability skills. Victoria holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Sussex.
