Barbara Boucon has a diverse work experience in various industries. Barbara currently holds the position of Expansion Manager Iberia for Outsite since 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Time To Cowork in 2020, where they were responsible for business development, including developing the business model, designing workspaces, and implementing the commercial strategy.

Barbara also worked as a Country Manager for TravelingtoLisbon from 2013, managing a portfolio of 60 exclusive tourist apartments. In 2016, they co-founded French Upers, a community of French-speaking entrepreneurs in Lisbon. Additionally, they co-founded French Tech Lisbon in 2017.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Barbara gained experience at L'Oréal, where they served as a Brand Manager for Garnier and was in charge of launching the OLIA hair color brand in Portugal. Barbara also worked as a Brand Manager Assistant at L'Oréal in 2008.

Barbara's early career includes a role as a Project Manager at Bayard Presse, where they implemented new products for the Spanish market and managed digital and press strategies.

Barbara Boucon completed their education with a Master's degree in Marketing & Management from SKEMA Business School, which they pursued from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a DUT en Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) during the years 2003 to 2005. The field of study for the DUT program was not specified.
