Patricia Lantzy, J.D., is an experienced attorney specializing in employment law, compliance, and labor relations. As a Partner and Practice Area Lead at Outside GC LLC since July 2019, Patricia leverages significant legal expertise to provide clients with efficient, high-quality legal services akin to those of in-house lawyers. Prior to this role, Patricia operated a legal practice focusing on employment law litigation and compliance from March 2002 to November 2019, while also serving as a Contract Attorney at McGuireWoods LLP and Outside Counsel for UPS Freight. Patricia's extensive background includes positions as Senior Attorney at Overnite Transportation, Labor and Employment Attorney at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, and a Judicial Clerk for the U.S. Courts. Patricia holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, English, and Sociology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
