Marc Crisafulli is a Managing Partner of Outside GC LLC, Outside GC CA, LLP and Patent GC LLC.

Marc is a retired executive with significant management and legal experience, having served in multiple C-suite roles, including General Counsel, and as a law firm Managing Partner over the course of his 30 year career. Noted for his ability to build and develop high performing teams, Marc will serve as a senior strategic advisor on the Outside GC leadership team. As one of the firm’s earliest and long-standing corporate clients, Marc is intimately familiar with Outside GC’s innovative approach to legal services and is well-positioned to support the growth of the firm.

Prior to retiring, Marc served as Executive Vice President of Government Relations, Legal and Regulatory for Bally’s Corporation. During his tenure, Marc forged a powerful, three-way partnership between Bally’s, IGT and the State of Rhode Island, a deal requiring legislative approval which resulted in The Marc A. Crisafulli Economic Development Act being signed into law. Before Bally’s, Marc was President of Global Device Protection for Brightstar Corporation, a wireless services company owned by SoftBank; EVP of Suffolk Construction Company, a $2.5B construction services company; Managing Partner of Hinckley Allen & Synder LLP, an AMLAW 200 firm; and President of the Gaming Solutions Division for GTECH Holdings Corporation (now IGT). Marc also led GTECH’s legal function as SVP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

Marc is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University, and a Cum Laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Ernest C. Torres in the federal district court of Rhode Island, followed by 7 years in litigation private practice with Edwards & Angell (now Locke Lord LLP) in Providence, RI.
