Ellen Seery Ryan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as a Partner and Member at Outside GC LLC since June 2021, Ellen provides innovative outside general counsel services to clients on a flexible basis. Prior to this, Ellen held the position of General Counsel at WorldAware, Inc. from October 2012 to January 2021, and served as Corporate Counsel at both iJET Intelligent Risk Systems and Manugistics. Ellen's earlier career includes roles as Special Counsel at Mercari Technologies, Inc., and Senior Counsel at Manugistics. Ellen holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in International Relations from Saint Joseph's University.
