Pannapat Sangkhapitak has a strong background in engineering and hotel management. They most recently served as the Chief Engineer at Outrigger Beach Resort since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa from January 2020 to January 2021, and at Layana Resort & Spa from July 2018 to January 2020. Pannapat also has experience as an Engineering Manager at PGS hotel in 2016 and as a Chief Engineer at Manathai Hotels & Resorts in 2015. They began their career as an Assistant Chief Engineer at Outrigger Beach Resort from November 2013 to October 2014.

Pannapat Sangkhapitak holds a Bachelor of Industrial Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from South East Asia University, which was obtained from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Pannapat has pursued further education at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, where they earned a Master of Engineering degree in Thermal Technology.
