Rawan Missouri has held multiple positions throughout their career. Rawan currently works as a Customer Success Engineer at Outreach, a sales execution platform. In this role, they leverage automation and artificial intelligence to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market activities and personnel.

Prior to their current role, Rawan worked at Sophos as a Senior Marketing Operations Manager and Global Marketing Operations Manager. In these positions, they built and managed a live chat program and team, improved live chat quality and sales process, and expanded the team's capabilities. Rawan also played a key role in managing processes and systems related to lead and opportunity handling.

Before their time at Sophos, Rawan worked at Forrester as a Global Product Marketing and Program Coordinator. In these roles, they developed lead generation campaigns, supported sales representatives, managed event content, and coordinated program logistics.

Additionally, Rawan has experience working as a Gallery Design Associate at Restoration Hardware, a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Harvard Business School Executive Education, a Junior Producer (freelance) at CTP, and a Global Content Manager at TripAdvisor.

Rawan Missouri attended Boston University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In April 2022, they obtained a certification as a Certified Administrator from Outreach.
