Pavol Otčenáš has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Pavol is currently employed at Outreach as a Staff Software Engineer since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Citrix as a Principal Software Engineer from July 2019 to February 2022, and as a Lead Software Engineer from November 2018 to February 2022. Pavol also had significant roles at Sapho (acquired by Citrix) as a Lead Frontend Engineer from December 2015 to February 2022, and at LidskáSíla as a Full-Stack Mobile Developer from September 2015 to November 2015. Before that, they worked at Liftago as a Senior Lead Full-Stack Developer from February 2013 to September 2015. Pavol also had entrepreneurial experiences, working as a Senior Developer, Consultant, and Owner at 12tree from May 2008 to 2013, and as the CEO and Founder of Cupolis.com, a web startup in the collective buying and online marketing industry, from January 2010 to October 2011. Pavol'searlier experiences include working as a J2EE Senior Developer at Cleverlance from November 2007 to April 2010, and as a Developer at 2C Czech Republic from July 2002 to October 2007, focusing on advertising software platform design and implementation.

Pavol Otčenáš completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from Czech Technical University in Prague from 2001 to 2008.
