Lejla Rašić has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lejla is currently working as a Product Marketing Manager at Outreach, where they lead the go-to-market strategy for their flagship capability and drives cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders. Lejla Rašić completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing Management from the School of Economics and Business Sarajevo, from 2011 to 2014. Lejla then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Masaryk University Brno from 2015 to 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Lejla obtained the AdWords Search Certification from Google in November 2017 and The Online Marketing Fundamentals qualifications from Google Digital Garage in January 2018. In March 2021, they acquired certifications in Advanced Google Ads and Advanced Product Marketing from LinkedIn. Lejla also completed the Marketing Strategy certification from Reforge in December 2021, followed by the Growth Series certification from the same institution in August 2022.
