Esma Z Kurtlu is currently an Associate at Outreach Strategists, LLC and an Organizer for TED Conferences, while also serving as President and Co-Founder of the Turkish Student Association at the University of Houston. With experience as a Junior Associate and Research Intern at Outreach Strategists, LLC, and previous positions including Office Administrator and Political and Fundraising Training Intern at the Leadership Institute, Esma has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills. Other roles include Intern with the City of Houston and Store Associate at Target. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Houston, Esma has also studied at Université catholique de l'Ouest and attended Baylor College of Medicine.
