Rodrigo Sha has been working at Polo Marte since 2013 and also owns ORitmo since January 2009. Prior to that, Rodrigo worked as a musician, producer, and A & R at their own company starting from January 1997. Additionally, Rodrigo Sha has been involved with Rede Globo's Amor & Sexo since 2009.
