Sayali Bhalekar is a Product Sustainability Manager at Outokumpu since April 2023, focusing on life cycle assessments, product carbon footprints, and corporate social responsibility reporting. Prior to this role, Sayali worked as a HÃ¥llbarhetskonsult at DGE from June 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included preparing tools to enhance environmental impacts and conducting third-party verified life cycle assessments on construction and furniture products. In 2020, Sayali completed a master's thesis project at E.ON Sverige, analyzing the climate impact and economic viability of Biochar production. Sayali holds a Master's degree in Industrial Ecology from Chalmers University of Technology (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pillai College of Engineering (2013-2018).
