Pawel Kwiecinski has extensive experience in plant operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Plant Operations Manager and Supply Chain Manager at Outokumpu since January 2013. Responsibilities include supervising purchasing, storage, production planning, and logistics processes while optimizing material flow and purchase planning to reduce turnover and inventory value. Prior to Outokumpu, Pawel held the position of Logistics Manager at ThyssenKrupp from October 2008 to December 2012, where responsibilities included managing logistics processes, optimizing stock inventory, coordinating domestic and international transport, and negotiating with suppliers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Corporate Logistic Systems from The Silesian University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Logistics Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, along with further studies at Central Connecticut State University.
