Junhui Wang currently serves as the Head of Data Platforms and Integrations at Outokumpu, leading the establishment of a data-centric organization and overseeing a team of over 40 employees. With a strong background in strategic leadership, Junhui has also been a mentor in the Aalto Mentoring Program since September 2020. Previous roles include Platform Owner at Metso Outotec, where Junhui led a high-performing data platform team and successfully delivered numerous large-scale projects. At Procemex, leadership in digital transformation efforts and support of business model renewals were key contributions. Other experiences span product management at Elisa, country management at Qlearning, and various roles in notable companies like Fazer and Stora Enso, covering an array of industries from real estate to banking. Junhui holds a Master’s Degree from Aalto University and a Bachelor's Degree from Shenzhen University in Finance and Banking.
