Craig Johnson has been in the workforce since 2006. Craig began their career as a Staff Assistant for Men's Hockey at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2010, they moved to HUB International where they held the roles of Account Manager, Associate Account Manager, and Account Assistant. In 2013, they joined Marsh as a Client Manager, Assistant Vice President and Associate Client Manager. In 2016, they became an Associate Intern at NextGen Growth Partners. In 2017, they moved to Insureon, where they held the roles of FP&A Associate and Product Manager. In 2019, they transferred to Ryan Specialty Group as a Product Manager, and in 2021, they moved to Pathpoint in the same role.

Craig Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010, majoring in Accounting. Craig then went on to obtain four professional certifications from 2011 to 2014 from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research and the National Underwriter Company. In 2015, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a focus in Econometrics and Statistics, Economics, and Finance. Craig completed their MBA in 2018.
