Bailie Salk is an Investment Partner at Outlander VC since March 2023, contributing to the Outlander Fund III with investments in companies such as Havoc and NextStage, while previously serving as a Junior Partner involved in over 150 pre-seed and seed stage investments. As Co-Founder of Capital Collective, Bailie Salk helps to foster a network of over 100 young women venture capital investors across the U.S. Experience also includes a role as Chief of Staff at KeyPass, where strategic initiatives and operational efficiency were enhanced, and involvement with AlphaSights supporting global venture capital clients. Prior background includes strategic initiatives at the Aerospace Industries Association and teaching assistance in the Computer Science Department at Brown University. Bailie Salk earned an MS in Cybersecurity and a BA in Political Science and Public Policy from Brown University.
