Mark Birkelbach began their work experience in 1995 at UBS as an Application Support Specialist, where they provided support for software applications and trained new employees. Mark then moved on to become a Quality Assurance Analyst (Team Lead) where they managed team priorities and tested software functionality. In the following years, Mark held roles as a Web Developer, focusing on software distribution, image administration, and creating websites. Mark then transitioned to a Systems Administrator role, monitoring and maintaining infrastructure for software deployments. In 2013, Mark joined OUTFRONT Media as a Senior Technical Support Analyst.
Mark Birkelbach earned a Diploma in Electronic Technician from DeVry Technical Institute, where they studied from 1989 to 1991.
