Jason Marx began their professional career in 1994 as a General Manager at Uniglobe Sunrise Travel, where they were responsible for all aspects of the business. During their tenure, they implemented a five-year business plan that resulted in a significant increase in sales and targeted segments.
From 1999 to 2003, Marx served as Vice President at Financial Computer Software, overseeing a corporate turnaround that improved profitability by 80%. Jason revamped the product portfolio, developed new sales channels, and implemented pricing and promotion improvements.
In 2003, Marx joined Daimler Chrysler as a Leadership Trainee in the Advanced Leadership Development Program. Jason worked on various projects in manufacturing, sales, marketing, and finance while receiving specialized training and development opportunities.
Marx returned to AlixPartners in 2005 as a Vice President/Director, specializing in delivering sustainable, bottom-line results in high-impact situations. Jason was recognized for their work in driving operational and commercial improvement programs, resulting in substantial EBITDA improvements.
In 2009, Marx joined AGCO Corporation as Vice President/General Manager of the Aftermarket Parts Division. Jason successfully turned around the division by improving profitability, increasing market share, and enhancing employee morale. Marx then took on the role of Vice President of Marketing for North America, where they had commercial P&L responsibility for the $2B business. Jason implemented various strategies that led to a significant improvement in profitability.
From 2014 to 2017, Marx returned to AlixPartners as a Consultant/Vice President/Director. Jason led hands-on consulting engagements focused on operational and commercial improvements, consistently driving business performance improvements with client teams.
Since 2017, Marx has been serving as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Sales Operations at OUTFRONT Media. In this role, they guide OUTFRONT's sales operations and revenue strategy work, focusing on revenue enhancement, sales management excellence, operational and process improvements, and wide-scale digital transformation.
Jason Marx has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Utah State University. Jason also possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Strategy & Operations from Brigham Young University.
