Catherine Compton has extensive experience in retail display execution and project management, currently serving as Installation Services Manager and Global Install Project Manager at OUTFORM since April 2021. In this role, Catherine oversees global installation for major brands, establishes networks of installation partners across multiple regions, and trains local companies on display functionality. Previously, Catherine owned On Point Retail LLC, providing consulting services in the retail marketing sector, and held the position of Head of Client Services - Americas & APAC at 100% Group Ltd, managing key client relationships. Catherine's background also includes roles as an Account Executive at LYNX INNOVATION INC, where account management for major consumer electronics clients was a focus, and as a Relationship Manager at Mediant Communications, handling shareholder events. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Apparel Management with a concentration in Supply Chain from North Carolina State University.
