Nika ?ermak, PhD, is a UX Researcher at OUTFIT7 since June 2022, contributing to both the UX Research and Brand Departments. Responsibilities include conducting user research, data analysis, managing brand strategy projects, and preparing target audience insights. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional HR Generalist - Psychologist at Medis, where duties encompassed psychological assessments and leading organizational culture initiatives. Nika's academic background includes a PhD in Developmental Psychology and a Master¡¯s Degree in Psychology from the University of Ljubljana, along with various research roles and internships at prestigious institutions such as the University of Cambridge and Radboud University.
