Ayser Ali is an experienced professional with a diverse background in brand management, publishing, and literary representation. Currently serving as the Brand Assurance and Approvals Manager at Outerstuff since July 2023, Ayser oversees the approval process for licensed products, ensuring compliance with brand standards and quality control. As a Literary Agent since 2011 under the Ayser Ali Agency, Ayser has initiated successful author-agent partnerships and developed strategies that led to notable successes, including securing the Turkish rights deal for Nobel laureate Svetlana Alexievich. Previous roles include Publishing Specialist at Warner Bros. Discovery, Localization QA Tester at SEGA, and Turkish QA Language Tester at Pole To Win America, demonstrating expertise in project management, negotiation, and linguistic quality assurance. Ayser holds an MBA from Marmara University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Istanbul University.
