Luis Rivas has extensive experience in operations management. Luis started their career as an Operations Supervisor at Roland Foods in 2001 and served in this role until 2014. From there, they joined GEODIS as an Assistant Operations Manager before being promoted to Operations Manager in 2015. In 2018, they became the Senior Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing accounts that service major customers such as Amazon, TJ Maxx, and Macy's. In their most recent role as the Senior Director of Operations at Outerspace, they continue to utilize their expertise in managing operations effectively.

Luis Rivas attended Fort Hamilton High School from 1992 to 1995. Luis then graduated from New Brunswick High School in 1996 with a High School Diploma. After that, they pursued their interest in Design and Visual Communications, General by attending Katherine Gibbs from 2005 to 2007.
