Derek Roth has a diverse work experience in the golf industry and client success. Derek began their career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Stone Creek Golf Club in 2014, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Watchung Valley Golf Club as an Assistant Golf Professional and stayed until 2019. Derek then transitioned into the corporate sector, starting as an Operations Manager at Outerspace in November 2019. Derek was promoted to Senior Operations Manager in April 2021 and is currently serving as the Head of Client Success since February 2022.

Derek Roth attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied Industrial Engineering.
