Joshua Rubino is a Mechanical Engineer at Commercial Sewing, Inc. since June 2019, bringing experience from previous roles at RBC Bearings as an Application and Design Engineering Intern and a Quality Engineering Intern. During the internship from May 2017 to January 2019, Joshua acquired skills in SolidWorks for modeling and drawing bearing components, and learned geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) from experienced engineers. Prior to that, in a Quality Engineering Intern position from May 2016 to January 2017, Joshua focused on analyzing heat treatment distortion and measuring roundness and flatness of components, while gaining insights into gauge design. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, obtained in 2019.
