Teresa Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management. As the Founder of In Solidarity Project since January 2017, Teresa has been dedicated to fostering community and equity. In November 2021, Teresa co-founded The Outdoorist Oath, which focuses on promoting inclusivity and adventure within the outdoor space. Prior to these endeavors, Teresa held a management position at Shapell Real Estate Investments from February 2009 to 2016 and worked as a Project Manager at St. Anton Partners from January 2009 to February 2011.
