Bastiaan van der Hoek holds extensive experience in the outdoor and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as a Regiocoach at TOP Animation since July 2024, Bastiaan has also been an Outdoor Instructor at Outdoor Valley since 2018 and the hoofd skileraar at Outdoor Valley Wintersport since June 2016, supporting management in guiding ski instructors and developing new concepts. Previous roles include multiple positions as an Entertainment Manager at RCN Vakantieparken between 2021 and 2023, where responsibilities included managing entertainment programs and leading teams of animators at various campsites. Bastiaan's skiing instruction experience spans several seasons with TOP skischule Ellmau and RCN Domaine de la Noguière. Educational credentials include a degree from De Haagse Hogeschool and Albeda College, focusing on sports and movement.
