David Foster is a live and post TV producer and editor who has been working as an independent contractor since June 2010. Prior to that, David held the position of Senior Producer/Editor at Winnercomm/Outdoor Channel since February 1998. David graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism.
